We're here to help

Our friendly staff are always happy to help when your in need.

We pride ourselves on the service and customer care we deliver.

We are continuously adding to the services that we offer and have extended our pharmacy to help accommodate the growing number of happy customers that we serve.

We dispense NHS and Private prescriptions. We aim to keep a high stock level of all medications, but where we don't stock the item we order them in within 24 hours. Please be aware that there may be manufacturing difficulties with some tablets which are out of our control.

To make life easier we offer a variety of ways to order your medication - by voicemail and by app. We also offer a free text messaging service to let you know when your prescription is ready. We have also added our 24 hour prescription locker which couldn’t be simpler to use, to help you collect your prescriptions even when we're closed.

Services and clinics

We offer a variety of services and clinics - the full list of which can be found on our "services" pages. Some of these are prescribing services run by our prescribing pharmacists. Kieran Eason is the superintendent of the pharmacy and also the prescribing pharmacist. His qualifications can be checked here - https://www.pharmacyregulation.org/REGISTERS/PHARMACIST with his registration number - 2065453. The prescribing services are located and run from our pharmacy in Tamworth.

All supplies and services are performed at the discretion of our pharmacists. Screening questionnaires do not guarantee a supply - they are a guide to help our pharmacists in treating you.
